An Amazing Journey into Naturopathic Wellness

My journey into Lifestyle Medicine and Naturopathy began in 2019, when an introduction to ‘Lifestyle Medicine’ served as a major turning point in my life, guiding me to my true calling as a nutritional therapist. Hearing from leading specialists from around the world at an international Lifestyle Medicine conference (Orlando, USA), and engaging in discussions on prevention, nutrition and lifestyle, evoked a profound sense of inspiration and a strong conviction that a more holistic and preventive approach deserves a greater role in modern healthcare.

I subsequently trained in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM, UK), qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath. My studies deepened my understanding of the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, and wellbeing, while introducing me to a range of natural therapeutic approaches.

Applying these principles to my own life was transformative. Re-establishing healthier eating patterns, aligning my daily routines with the natural circadian rhythm, and adopting more consistent lifestyle habits led to noticeable improvements in my energy levels and overall wellbeing. This experience reinforced my belief that lasting health is shaped by the everyday choices we make.

Today, I run my own naturopathic wellness practice in Pakistan, working with clients both one-to-one and online across the world. My approach is personalised: I take the time to understand each client’s history, lifestyle, nutritional patterns, and individual health goals before developing a wellness plan, tailored to their needs.

I have a particular interest in thyroid health, cancer prevention, and supportive wellness, while also working with a broad range of nutrition and lifestyle concerns.

Alongside personalised lifestyle and nutrition protocols, my practice may incorporate targeted supplements and complementary approaches, including medicinal mushrooms, tissue salts, and Bach flower essences when appropriate.

My philosophy is grounded in a simple truth: given the right environment and foundational support, the body has an extraordinary, innate power to heal & thrive!

My philosophy of care

True health is not merely the absence of disease, but a state of Mental, Physical & Spiritual health

My holistic assessment considers three key pillars.

01

Treating the whole person

Health is never one system in isolation, so the assessment is not either.

Physical health
Your primary symptoms, digestive function, energy levels and physiological markers.
Emotional & mental wellbeing
How stress, anxiety or emotional health manifest physically in your body.
Spiritual health
Your divine connection, alignment with core values, sense of purpose and a feeling of peace, focus, and meaning in life.
02

Addressing the root cause

My clinical philosophy centres on root-cause resolution: resolving the underlying drivers of a health issue and moving beyond temporary fixes. Your body’s symptoms are messages, not errors. My goal is to work as a detective and investigate the biochemical, nutritional and environmental root causes of your condition, to restore your body’s optimal balance and facilitate long-lasting recovery.

03

Fostering a collaborative approach

I do not dictate protocols; I collaborate with you. You are the expert on your body, and I am your clinical guide. I believe gentle collaboration empowers clients to transition naturally into sustainable change. Together we co-create a personalised plan tailored to your unique biology, lifestyle and goals.

We have one body, and the choices we make every day will determine how long, and how well, that body will work. My goal is not just to treat you, but to teach and equip you with the tools and understanding to take charge of your own wellbeing.
