Questions

Before you get in touch

Samer Hashmi at her desk

Do you see clients in person or online?

Both. I am based in Pakistan and offer one-to-one consultations, as well as online consultations so that I can support clients all over the world.

What is Nutritional therapy, exactly?

It is the application of Nutritional, Naturopathic science (diet, supplement & lifestyle advice) to support your overall health and target the root causes of chronic symptoms. It considers your unique body chemistry, health history, diet and lifestyle habits. It treats your entire system, instead of a single symptom in isolation.

What happens before my first consultation?

You will be sent three forms to complete and return beforehand: a 3-day diet diary, your medication and supplement list, and your recent test results along with any medical diagnosis, symptoms and health concerns. This lets me prepare properly rather than spending your session gathering basics.

Will I need functional testing?

Not always. Testing is recommended only when the result would meaningfully change your plan. Where it is warranted, you will be told what the test measures, what it costs and what we will do with the answer before you commit.

Does this replace my doctor?

No. Samer is a qualified Naturopath and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach, not a licensed medical doctor. Her services complement conventional medical treatment and are not intended to replace it.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Energy, digestion and sleep often shift within the first four to six weeks. Deeper changes — thyroid function, metabolic markers, long-standing gut issues — usually need three months or more of consistent work.

Do I need to give up entire food groups?

Rarely, and never permanently without a clear clinical reason. Where a temporary elimination is useful, it is structured, time-limited and followed by careful reintroduction.

What are your fees and pricing?

Our fees depend on the specific type and scope of care required. Because each treatment plan is personalized to your individual needs, exact pricing is provided upon inquiry. Please contact us to discuss your care plan and receive detailed fee information.
