What Nutritional Therapy actually is
Nutritional therapy is a personalized, evidence-based approach that uses targeted food choices and lifestyle changes to support the body’s natural healing and optimize long-term health.
The premise
Treat the driver, not the signal
Symptoms sit above the surface. The reasons for them sit below it. A programme is only as good as its reading of what is underneath.
It starts with the whole picture
Your symptoms are mapped against your health timeline, family history, medication, stress load, sleep and diet. Patterns show up in the overlap that never show up in isolation.
It uses food as the primary tool
Before supplements, before protocols: what you eat, when you eat it, and what your body is able to do with it. Most meaningful change starts here.
It measures where it can
Existing blood work is reviewed properly, and functional testing is added where the result would change the plan. What gets measured can be tracked.
It respects the limits
Nutritional therapy supports the body’s own capacity to restore balance. It does not diagnose disease, and it does not replace your medical care.
