Digestive Health
IBS, bloating, reflux, constipation and food sensitivities — traced back to digestion, microbiome and barrier function.
Digestive symptoms have a way of quietly narrowing life — the list of safe foods gets shorter, eating out becomes stressful, and bloating is written off as normal. It is very common. It is not normal.
Good digestion depends on a sequence: adequate stomach acid, sufficient enzymes and bile, a diverse microbiome, an intact intestinal barrier and a nervous system relaxed enough to digest at all. Symptoms tell us where in that sequence things are breaking down.
Because the gut sits upstream of so much else, resolving it often improves skin, energy, mood, immunity and hormonal symptoms at the same time.
Where an elimination is genuinely useful it is structured, time-limited and followed by careful reintroduction. The goal is always a wider diet than the one you arrived with, not a narrower one.

What we look at
- Stomach acid and enzyme sufficiency
- Microbiome diversity and dysbiosis
- Intestinal barrier integrity
- Structured, temporary elimination and reintroduction
Common presentations
People often arrive with
- Bloating, wind and abdominal discomfort
- Constipation, loose stools or alternating
- Reflux, heartburn and indigestion
- A growing list of foods you react to
- IBS diagnosis with no clear cause
- Skin, energy or mood symptoms alongside gut symptoms
Recognise more than one of these? That is usually a sign they share a driver — which is exactly what a consultation is for.
