Women’s Health
Cycle, fertility, PCOS, endometriosis and the perimenopause transition — supported nutritionally rather than endured.
Painful periods, irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, difficulty conceiving, and the sleep, mood and energy changes of perimenopause are common — but common is not the same as something you simply have to accept.
Hormones do not work in isolation. They depend on blood sugar stability, a gut that clears oestrogen properly, a liver that can process it, adequate protein and healthy fats, and a nervous system that is not permanently braced.
We map your symptoms across the cycle, review any hormone or thyroid testing you already have, and build a plan around the phase of life you are actually in — trying to conceive, managing PCOS, or moving through perimenopause.
Where a gynaecological investigation is needed, I will say so and refer. Nutritional therapy sits alongside that care, not instead of it.

What we look at
- Hormone balance across the cycle
- Blood sugar and insulin in PCOS
- Preconception and fertility nutrition
- Perimenopause: sleep, mood and bone health
Common presentations
People often arrive with
- Irregular, absent or very painful periods
- PMS, mood swings and cyclical migraines
- PCOS, acne and unwanted hair growth
- Difficulty conceiving or recurrent loss
- Perimenopausal sleep, mood and temperature changes
- Fatigue that worsens at particular points in the cycle
Recognise more than one of these? That is usually a sign they share a driver — which is exactly what a consultation is for.
