Thyroid Health
Support for hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s and the fatigue, cold intolerance and weight changes that travel with them.
Thyroid symptoms are easy to dismiss and hard to live with. Exhaustion that sleep does not fix, feeling cold when nobody else is, weight that climbs without a change in diet, hair thinning, low mood, a foggy head. Very often the blood test comes back “within range” and the conversation stops there.
In clinic we read the full thyroid picture rather than a single marker, and we look at what the gland needs in order to work: sufficient iodine, selenium, zinc and iron, a calm immune system, a gut that is not driving inflammation, and a liver able to convert T4 into the active T3 your cells actually use.
From there the plan is practical — what to eat and when, which nutrients need restoring, how to reduce the immune load, and how to sequence it so you feel a change early rather than in six months.

What we look at
- Thyroid panel review beyond TSH alone
- Iodine, selenium, zinc and iron status
- Autoimmune and gut-thyroid connection
- Conversion of T4 to active T3
Common presentations
People often arrive with
- Persistent fatigue that rest does not resolve
- Cold hands and feet, low body temperature
- Weight gain without a change in eating
- Brain fog and poor concentration
- Hair thinning, dry skin, brittle nails
- Constipation and slow digestion
Recognise more than one of these? That is usually a sign they share a driver — which is exactly what a consultation is for.
