Stress and Sleep Management
Burnout, anxiety, brain fog and broken sleep, approached through the nervous system, blood sugar and circadian rhythm.
Waking at three in the morning, running on caffeine, wired at night and flat by mid-afternoon — this is not a character flaw. It is a physiological pattern, and it responds to physiological changes.
Aligning mealtimes with the body’s circadian rhythm was the single change that turned my own health around, and it remains one of the most powerful tools I use in clinic.
We look at the shape of your day: when you eat and how that steadies or destabilises blood sugar overnight, when you see daylight, when you move, what your caffeine and alcohol pattern is doing to sleep architecture, and whether magnesium, B vitamins and omega-3 status are adequate for a nervous system under load.
The work is sequenced gently. Nobody recovers from burnout by being handed a demanding protocol.

What we look at
- HPA axis and cortisol rhythm
- Blood sugar stability through the day
- Magnesium, B vitamins and omega-3 status
- Light, movement and wind-down routines
Common presentations
People often arrive with
- Waking through the night, particularly 2–4am
- Tired but wired at bedtime
- Afternoon energy crashes
- Anxiety, irritability and a short fuse
- Brain fog and poor recall
- Relying on caffeine to function
Recognise more than one of these? That is usually a sign they share a driver — which is exactly what a consultation is for.
